As a musician, Michael J. Keplinger—often abbreviated to MJK—released his debut single digitally and on Limited 7″ Vinyl in 2024. Collectively, his work is recognized for its quiet intensity, and has received 20+ awards.

MJK studied Graphic & Communication Design in Linz and Media Technology in St. Pölten, and currently resides in Vienna. Alongside his own projects, he works as a sound designer, music producer, and director-for-hire. He’s a university lecturer, runs MJK media, and serves as editor for comic publisher ART:9.
