Einsamkeit (alternate English title Loneliness) is a meditative short film, written and directed by Alexandra Bogner, exploring the quiet grief of a woman coping with loss.
The short film features a subtle, atmospheric score by Michael J. Keplinger, whose music shapes the emotional core of the piece. Keplinger also edited the film, though his primary contribution lies in its evocative sound design and composition.
Keplinger, Bogner and director of photography Niklas Strahammer worked together on Begehren and Allerseelen in 2021 as well.
