ENSEMBLE (Musik in Stadt und Land)

ENSEMBLE (Musik in Stadt und Land) is a documentary short film by Michael J. Keplinger. In the film – which translates to Music in city and country – instrument maker Markus Bauernfeind shares his views and experiences in a comparison of rural and urban Austria

The film was finished shortly before work on Pick Up Your Cross (and follow me) began. While the documentary too features original music: an improvised instrumental guitar performance by Michael J. Keplinger with Oliver Loy.

The film was originally released as part of the yearly publication of the Meisterschule für Kommunikationsdesign.
